Because of the nature of my work, I am often not immediately available by telephone. When I am unavailable, my phone is answered by voicemail, which I monitor frequently.

I do not belong to any managed care or preferred provider organizations. Professional services are to be paid on a cash basis. I can give you a standard insurance claim form showing the charges you have paid me, and you can then submit the claim directly to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
